Can I revoke my booking request?

If you have made a booking request and the landlord has not responded yet, you can just revoke the request. The 24 hour cancellation without charge will only take effect when a booking has been approved by the landlord. We ask the landlord to respond to the request as soon as possible, so you know if your booking can proceed. As long as the landlord does not respond to your booking request, you can still revoke it. Only after the landlord has approved the booking request, the booking is final and there is an agreement in which you and the landlord enter into the payment obligation and other conditions.
