How does the short term cancellation insurance via natuurhuisje.nl, natuurhuisje.be or naturhauschen.de works?

While making a booking via natuurhuisje.nl, natuurhuisje.be or naturhauschen.de you can select a cancellation insurance, which is offered by 'A.S.R. Insurances'. Below you will find an explanation of what you have to do to be able to use this in the event of a cancellation.

If a booking is cancelled, the regular cancellation regulations will first be applied. You can find this at the bottom part of your reservation confirmation. The closer you get to the arrival date, the higher the cancellation costs will be. You can apply the cancellation insurance for the amount of money that you will no longer receive back according to the cancellation regulations. This is the damage suffered for you in the event of a cancellation, and you can submit a damage report to the 'A.S.R. Insurances' for this. They will assess whether you are entitled to a refund and what amount you will be refunded.
