When will I get the deposit back?

The deposit can be processed in three ways:

1. When the deposit is made through Nature.house, the deposit will be refunded to you within 5 working days. 

2. When the deposit goes through the landlord, in most cases it will be refunded within a week. 

3. If you book a nature house via a tour operator, the deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks, unless the tour operator states otherwise.
