Do I need to pay a security depost?

Most landlords ask for a deposit for the stay in the nature house. If a deposit is required, this will be stated in the advertisement. The time of payment will also be mentioned here, it varies from landlord to landlord whether this deposit has to be paid on the spot or with the rest of the payment. If the deposit is stated as 'pay upon arrival' on the confirmation, the deposit will be paid via the landlord. It is then up to the landlord whether this amount is paid in advance or whether it is paid on the spot.
