How can I contact the landlord?

You haven't booked yet? Or has your booking request not yet been approved or rejected? 
Then you can contact the landlord by going to the page of the nature house and clicking on 'contact with the landlord' under the description of the nature house. In this way, you can ask the landlord a question. You need to be logged in to your account. You can read how this works here. It is only possible to send the landlord a message via the page of the cottage when the landlord is directly connected to us. When the house is offered by one of our partners this is not possible. 

Is your booking approved?
 If so, you have received an e-mail from us with a booking confirmation in the attachment. This e-mail is called 'Your booking has been approved'. On this booking confirmation, you will find the contact details of the landlord.

Is your booking approved and fully paid?
Then you can also share the contact details in the chat.
