I have already made my payment but I am still receiving payment emails?

When payment is made by manual bank transfer, we may not have received the payment yet. Processing of this takes 3 - 5 working days on average. You will still receive the automatic email with a reminder, but you have already paid. As soon as we have received the payment, these automatic e-mails stop and you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us that the payment has been received.

If you have made the payment for more than 5 working days and are still receiving payment reminders from us and the amount has not yet been credited back to your account, please contact us at info@nature.house. If you can send us a proof of payment showing the bank account number from which payment was made (your own account number) and the bank account number to which you transferred the amount, we can check this for you.
