I do not receive an activation or confirmation email. What now?
It is possible that the mail, which is automatically sent to you when you create an account or reset your password, does not arrive in your mailbox. Have you not received an email after 10 minutes? Then try again. Also keep in mind the following:
- Make sure you enter a valid e-mail address in your account. The mail will be sent to this address.
- Although Nature.house does everything to make sure that the mail is not rated as 'spam', it is possible that the mail has ended up in the 'Unwanted e-mail' folder.
Please note: it is possible that you have placed your booking without an account, in which case you will not be able to log in to the website. You will have to create your own account first.
