I can no longer log in. What now?

You can change your password on this page. If you enter your email address here you will receive an email from us. By clicking in this email on the link you will reach a page on our website. Here you can replace your password.

Please note: it is possible that you have placed your booking without an account, in which case you will not be able to log in to the website. You will have to create your own account first.  Make sure you create an account with the same e-mail address as the one you used to make the booking. That way you will see the previously made booking in your new account.
