Posting content guidelines

We want everyone to be able to send and receive messages in a pleasant and respectful way. To support this, we have set up the guidelines below. These guidelines explain which types of messages are not allowed on our platform.

We ask you to keep this in mind in all forms of communication on our platform.

• Messages motivated by the threat of extortion

• Messages in which contact and/or address details are shared

• Messages in which the name and location of a nature house can be identified

• Messages that mention websites

• Messages containing hateful, discriminatory, pornographic, offensive, threatening, intimidating or other similar unacceptable content

• Messages containing spam, unwanted contact or content that is repeatedly shared in a disruptive way

We may exclude you from using our messaging system if you do not comply with these guidelines.

After the booking has been approved by the landlord, you will receive the ladnlord's contact details and you will also be able to contact the landlord directly by phone or email.
