Do I have to pay a security deposit?

Most landlords require a deposit for the stay in the nature house. When a deposit has to be paid, this will be mentioned in the advertisement. Also, the moment of payment is mentioned here, it varies per landlord whether this deposit is to be paid on the spot or with the balance payment. If the deposit is mentioned as 'on site' on the confirmation, then the deposit will go through the landlord. It is then up to the landlord whether this amount will be transferred to the landlord in advance or paid on the spot.
