What to do if there is nobody at the naturehouse on arrival?

After the landlord has approved your booking, the landlord will contact you. Here you will also make arrangements for your arrival at the naturehouse. If unexpectedly no one is present at the naturehouse, we ask you to contact the landlord. If this is not possible, please contact us.

Does the landlord indicate that it concerns a non-contact stay? Then it is correct that no one is present at your arrival. It is then the intention that you have agreed in advance where you can find the key, or that you might enter the house with a numerical code. If this is not clear, please contact the landlord. If this is not possible, please contact us.
