Who should I pay?

As soon as a booking request has been made, the landlord of the nature house has to accept it. Once that has happened, there are three types of payment options:

- Nature.house offers an online payment service, where the payment is arranged at many houses by Nature.house. In such a case the payment options are stated in the advertisement of the house. After acceptance of the booking by the landlord, you receive as guest by e-mail the link to the page where the payment terms are stated and where the payment can be made. Nature.house will keep you informed of the payment status by e-mail. Despite the fact that Nature.house arranges the payment, it is the landlord who takes personal contact with his / her guests to inform them about the key handover, address details and arrival and departure times.
- If payment is made through the landlord, the booking must also be approved first. After this has happened, he / she will contact you in the short term by e-mail or telephone about the payment, key transfer, address details and arrival and departure times.
- A number of nature houses from our offer are offered by a tour operator. If this is the case, then this tour operator will send you a confirmation email within a few minutes of placing the booking. Here you will find the lease and invoice, with further information about the payment method.
