Where can I find my cancellation invoice?

The cancellation invoice is important when you want to file a claim with your travel cancellation insurance. Did you take out a short term cancellation insurance policy from a.s.r. when you made your booking? In that case, a.s.r. will always request this cancellation invoice when you file a claim.

You receive the cancellation invoice in the e-mail that confirms your cancellation. This e-mail contains a link that allows you to download the cancellation invoice as a PDF.

The cancellation invoice includes all relevant information about the cancellation, such as your personal details, the booking information and the total travel sum, including service fees. It also clearly states the applicable cancellation conditions, the percentage applied and the amount you will be refunded.
