Why do I receive payment reminder emails although I have paid?

Did you pay less than three working days ago? 

It can take a few days for the payment to arrive and be processed. Our system sends the e-mails automatically and does not know that the payment is already on its way. You can ignore the e-mail. 


Did you pay more than three working days ago? 

Please send us a proof of payment (e.g. a photo or document from your online banking or bank statement) to info@nature.house. It is important to show your account number, the payment reference and the account number of our payment partner.
