Can I get my money back?

Can't you move your booking to a later period and, due to the situation with the Corona virus, are you forced to cancel the booking? Then you will receive a voucher of 10% of the booking value when you make a new booking. Please also read the terms and conditions of this regulation. For the cancellation of the current booking the standard cancellation conditions apply, unless you can agree otherwise with the landlord. 

Example:
You book a nature house later this year  of €600 including extra costs (excluding deposit). After the (down) payment has been made and the first cancellation period has expired, we will refund €60 (10% of the booking value) to your account.

How does this work?
- You cancel your booking, due to the Corona virus, by logging into your guest account or by contacting us. The standard cancellation conditions apply, unless you can agree otherwise with the landlord.
- You book with the same email address before December 31st 2020 through our website. Please make sure you book a private house when you make a new booking and not a house with a partner of ours. You recognize the houses of partners by checking if the block 'pay safely online' is visible on the right. This is above the block with 'share this nature house'. If this is not there, the house is of one of our partners.
- Within 30 days after your new booking, you inform us by e-mail that you are entitled to the voucher of 10% of the booking value due to the Corona crisis and also give us your account number.
- When the deposit has been received and the free cancellation period has expired, we will refund 10% of the booking value to your account.
